Because our products are digital ebooks delivered instantly by download, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly issue a full refund or replacement if, within 14 days of purchase:
- You did not receive your download link, and we are unable to resend it;
- The file is damaged, corrupted, or won't open, and we are unable to provide a working copy;
- You were charged twice for the same product by mistake;
- You purchased an individual ebook that is also included in a bundle you bought within the same 14 days (we'll refund the individual ebook).
How to request a refund
Email us at support@ebookworld.world with your order number and a short description of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
